With the advent of the toilets with the little infrared sensor that supposedly knows when you are done, because you move away from the toilet, I am finding that there are a lot of unflushed toilets out there. Mostly they are the old manual style toilets, but it is almost as if people don't know how to flush anymore. Maybe they are of the "If it's yellow, let it mellow" - school, but it just doesn't seem too much to ask, to have a clean spot to do my business in a public restroom.
Now most of my visits to the potty involve urinals, in men's rooms, but does this phenomena happen in women's restrooms too?
